Roman Catholicism's conclave to elect a new pope will start at 1430 GMT next Monday in the Sistine Chapel following a public morning Mass in St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican said on Tuesday. Once the conclave begins, the cardinals will not emerge from the Vatican until a new pope has been elected.
